Refund Eligibility

              Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

In the event of a course cancellation by R N Nursing Academy.

In cases where technical issues prevent access to the course content for an extended period of time, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame.

If you mistakenly enrolled in a course and request a refund within a specified period from the date of enrollment (as outlined below).

Refund requests must be made within the following time frames

Course cancellation by R N Nursing Academy: You will be notified of the cancellation, and a refund will be processed automatically.

Technical issues preventing access: You must report the issue within 2 days of its occurrence.

Mistaken enrollment: You must request a refund within 1 day of the date of enrollment.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on the payment processor and your financial institution.

 In cases where a refund is processed, you will lose access to the course content and any associated resources or certificates.

Non-Refundable Situations

          Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

If you fail to meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

If you have completed a significant portion of the course content or accessed course materials beyond a specified threshold, as determined by R N Nursing Academy.

If your refund request is based on factors beyond our control, such as changes in personal circumstances or schedule conflicts.

                 R N Nursing Academy reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be effective immediately upon posting the updated version on the online course portal. It is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically to stay informed about the current guidelines and procedures.


                 R N Nursing Academy reserves the right to amend discounts and the way in which they are calculated without prior notice. It also reserves the right to amend the validity dates of the discounts. R N Nursing Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any offers/discounts or alter the terms and conditions stated herein at any time without prior notice. The price on the store may or may not reflect the price after discount. Offers cannot be combined for additional discounts.


               If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (minimum 5-7 working days), depending on your course issuer’s policies.

Banking Charges

                    You will be responsible for paying for your own banking charges for returning your e-course. Banking costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of banking will be deducted from your refund.
